Homeopathic medicine is about so much more than just taking little white pills. When you work with a homeopath, you have someone in your corner. Developing a homeo therapeutic relationship means that there is a health care provider who knows you, your body, your life story, your history and is always there for you.
If you have ever gone through a difficult diagnosis within the conventional medical field, you know that there are so many appointments, labs, scans, etc. You have to tell your story to the nurse practitioner, the endocrinologist, the urologist, the oncologist, the surgeon. All of the “gists” listen to your story independently and often will refer you to see yet another provider. One of my passions is to help people through these types of difficult experiences. As their homeopath, I help my clients to navigate the emotions and the physical experience. I provide a sounding board, a place to turn to where they feel known, seen and feel reassured.
The marketing of homeopathic medicines only tells a small part of the story of what homeopathic medicine really is. You can use homeopathic remedies in an allopathic way. “Take this for a sore throat. Take this one for a fever. Take Arnica for everything else.” But homeopathy is a whole system of medicine that can provide a deep and long lasting sense of physical, mental and emotional wellness.
Homeopathic care is there for you for the long haul and so am I. I am honored to work with my clients through every stage of their lives. I’ve been doing this long enough now that some of those clients I saw as children are coming to me for support through their fertility and parenting journeys. Homeopathy and the support you receive from a supportive, homeo therapeutic relationship is so much more than taking Belladonna for a pounding headache.
I am so blessed to work with you, my wonderful clients and an honored that you trust me with your care. Homeopathy is a powerful, gentle, healing medicine that is unlike anything else. I’m grateful to share this wonderful medical art with you.
Be loved,
Desirée
